Accounting and Reporting

As your asset manager, it is our job to ensure your bottom line is protected. Henderson Management & Real Estate offers you a full accounting of your investment and rental properties in an environmentally clean way.  We run a paperless office.

Once you become our client, you will be given access to an online portal.  The information contained in your portal will ensure that you, the owner, have complete visibility into, and control over the financial performance of your property.

Our accounting department publishes reports monthly, as well as at year end.  Our monthly reporting consists of a month end accounting of all income and expenses for each property.  Additionally, electronic copies of all property expense invoices are uploaded into our system.  All of this reporting can be accessed through the owner portal mentioned above.    The Owner Statements are published on the portal on or before the 25th of each month.

At the end of each year, we publish a year-end statement.  Our current Property Management clients find our accounting practices to be very convenient and our statement easy to read and understand.
