- Most importantly, when it is time for your client to re-list the property, we will work with you on transition back to a listing.

We specialize in the management of commercial real estate, apartment complexes, multi- units, duplexes, town homes, condos, and single family homes. Our goal is to eliminate the hassle and reduce the risk of owning an investment property. We are currently the largest property management company in Loveland and one of the largest in the Colorado Front Range area.
Payment: For referrals where Henderson Management ends up renting out your clients property, commissions are paid out as detailed below
-20% of average monthly rent will be paid as a one-time commission, once the property has lease out. This assumes that Henderson Management is providing full management services to the client (leasing and managing), at non-discounted rates.
-Payments will be paid once per month, on Henderson's accounting cycle. Some payments may be paid through Employing Brokers, others might be in the form of gift cards.
