Henderson Property Management utilizes pro-active maintenance programs to guarantee the highest rental rate, provide asset protection, and improve tenant retention.  Maintenance and repair costs can quickly negatively impact the profitability of your investment property.  Our comprehensive maintenance plans prevent this from happening. 

Over the years, we have built a network of technicians to ensure that your property will receive the best skilled labor for the best price.  All of our venders and in-house employees operate under a signed Service Level Agreement and are considered professionals in their respective fields. 

Tenants can contact Henderson Management through an online tenant portal for all preventative and corrective maintenance concerns.  We provide timely service in response to these concerns.  Residents also have access to a local 24/7 emergency cell number.  Emergencies are handled in a timely manner to protect the property and best serve the residents.

Each unit is walked on an annual basis to check on property conditions and preventive and corrective maintenance issues.  Our team of maintenance technicians is trained to determine the difference between normal wear and tear and tenant negligence.  Tenant negligence is billed to the tenant, whereas normal wear and tear is billed to the property owner.
