We provide the full range of leasing and property management and real estate services. Our goal is to make owning your real estate investment as trouble free as possible, while at the same time ensuring your asset is performing up to current market conditions.  Our focus at Henderson Management & Real Estate is on asset protection and maximization of profit for the property owner, plain and simple.

Henderson Management & Real Estate requires a credit check and a background check on each prospective tenant, at their expense.  All of our business is conducted in keeping with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable federal, state and local laws. The tenant pre-screening process is one of the most important steps in property management.  A good tenant can make the difference between a cake walk and a costly nightmare. 

Henderson Management & Real Estate has a policy for handling tenants who fall delinquent.  As property managers, here to provide asset protection, it is our job to collect rents from tenants.  We follow strict processes when
collecting delinquent rents from tenants.

Henderson Management & Real Estate has a full service Accounting DepartmentOur accounting department processes owners statements monthly.  For your added convenience, our accounting staff can be contacted via email as well as by telephone. Henderson Management & Real Estate offers our Property management clients a full accounting of their investment and rental properties.  Our accounting department is staffed with highly trained accounts receivable and accounts payable staff.   As your asset manager, it is our job to ensure your bottom line is protected. Our accounting department provides reports to you on a monthly basis as well as year end.  Our monthly reporting consists of a month end accounting of all income and expenses for each property.  Each property owner receives an owners statement, and if you have multiple rental properties, we provide a property statement for each property you own.  We provide a copy of each item that is expensed on your account.  It is our policy at Henderson Management & Real Estate that we do not put a mark up on any invoice or work order from any vendor. Therefore you pay what we pay, no middle man mark ups.

Every month we process owners statements and reconcile each property owner account and process payment to you at that time.  At the end of each year, we process a Form 1099 and a complete income and expense report.  These accounting procedures are done in accordance with the time frame set forth by the Internal Revenue Service.  Our current Property Management clients find our accounting practices to be very convenient and easy to read and understand.  Our accounting department is available to answer any accounting question you may have about any income or expense.
