Realtor Referral Program

As a result of the changes in the real estate market, we are finding that more and more Brokers and Owners are looking for a safe and profitable alternative to selling their home until the market recovers.  Because of this recent increase in broker referrals, we have created a Realtor Referral Program.  We document and track the Broker that makes the initial referral to us.  Subsequently, when the Owner is ready to sell the property, we will call the broker and give them the first opportunity to list the property again.
