Getting Started as a Renter

Let Henderson Property Management assist you in finding your new home!  Please go to the Search For Rentals to search our database of available properties.  Once you find the perfect property, please call 970-213-1633 to contact our leasing agent.  She can answer your questions and set up an appointment to view the property.

Once you have viewed a property, you can print our rental application form, then bring or send the completed form to our office.  A non-refundable $30 application fee per adult (18 yrs or older) is charged with all applications to cover the cost of credit and background checks.  Any deposit that is placed on a property is considered earnest money and will not be refunded for any reason.

Once you are a resident in one of our properties, you will be given a 24/7 emergency cell phone number.  Our aim is to respond to your needs in a timely manner.   You will also be able to submit maintenance requests online.

Our aim at Henderson Property Management is to provide clean, safe, affordable housing to tenants.  Our property managers are licensed brokers who understand real estate law and fair housing practices.  We guarantee that our information and responses will be ethically and legally sound.
