Henderson Management has outlined a 10 step process that the owner's of our properties can utilize to make their property greener, or more energy efficient and environmentally friendly.  This can result in significant cost savings to you as a tenant.

An owner can request a Green Properties Analysis from our trained maintenance technicians.  Together they can implement several measures to make your residence a Green Property.  This can reduce energy costs to you and make your home more environmentally friendly.

Look for the Green Property designation when searching through our inventory of available rentals.
