Our tenants are more than satisfied with our management of their home.  We conduct tenant surveys to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our residents.  Tenants consistently give us 10's on a 1 to 10 scale for services which are important to them.  These services include: returning calls in a timely manner; addressing maintenance issues and requests thoroughly and in a timely manner;  having courteous and professional leasing agents; and fully informing tenants of their lease obligations.  We are proud that our tenants are more than pleased with their overall experience with Henderson Management and we strive to improve on these services on a daily basis!
